What MyDayStamp is for
MyDayStamp is a small set of date tools for questions people actually type into a search box: how old am I in years and days, how many nights until a trip, which weekday a birthday falls on, how far apart two contracts are, and when a pregnancy week starts. Each calculator runs in the browser. We do not create an account or store the dates you type.
Date math looks simple until a calendar gets involved. February 29, time zones, business-day holidays, and the difference between a completed year and a calendar year all change the answer. The pages on this site show the method next to the result so you can see whether the number is a civil age, an elapsed duration, or a countdown to midnight in your local time.
How to pick the right calculator
- Use the age calculator when you need years, months and days from a birth date.
- Use days between two dates when both ends are known and you care about the span, not an age label.
- Use business days when weekends should be skipped, such as shipping or office deadlines.
- Use the pregnancy calculator for gestational weeks from a last period date, not as medical advice.
- Use holiday and generic countdowns when you only need time remaining.
If a result will be used for a passport, school form, court filing, or benefit application, confirm the rule that agency publishes. Countries do not all count age the same way on a given morning.
Why these pages are written out in full
A widget without explanation is easy to misread. Each tool page includes the formula or counting rule, a worked example, limits, and short answers to the questions people ask after they see the number. That is the useful part of the site, not only the input boxes.
